These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Talentlink-AI, a LLC registered in Deleware ("Company," "we," or "us"), and the user ("Freelancer", "Business", "Individual", "Customer" or "you") accessing and utilizing the services provided by the Company. 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering as a Freelancer (Business or Individual) on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services. 2. Freelancer Registration To become a Freelancer, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Services As a Freelancer, you may offer your services related to artificial intelligence on our platform. The nature and scope of services, as well as compensation, will be agreed upon between you and the Client. The Company acts as an intermediary to facilitate connections between Freelancers and Clients. 4. Payments Payments for services rendered will be handled through Stripe. The Company will deduct 10% from Talent accounts and 5% from Clients for each transaction to cover costs and maintenance of the platform. 5. Code of Conduct Freelancers must adhere to a professional code of conduct. This includes but is not limited to maintaining confidentiality, delivering work within agreed timelines, and providing high-quality services. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this code of conduct. 6. Intellectual Property Freelancers retain intellectual property rights to the work they produce unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement with the Client. The Company is not responsible for any disputes related to intellectual property between Freelancers and Clients. 7. Termination Either party may terminate the relationship at any time for any reason. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes between Freelancers and Clients should be resolved directly between the parties. The Company may, at its discretion, offer assistance in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so. 9. Confidentiality Freelancers agree to keep confidential any information provided by Clients and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of services. 10. Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. It is the responsibility of the Freelancer to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. By registering as a Freelancer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
